Mead, or “honey wine,”  is an ancient fermenation craft creating a wide range of flavors with fermented honey.  This meetup will explore some home-crafted formulations and the mead making process.  Sarah Schaffer of Tina's and Melissa Baldwin of Barr Hill Gin will be there to share their creations.   Must be over 21 to attend.
