This interactive workshop allows kids to experience the magic of honey bees through a hive tour and honey tasting at Apoidea Apiary. Limited to 6 children per session, ages 6 to 14 years old. A ticket for an adult can be purchased if that adult wishes to join a child for the tour. The content of this tour is primarily focused towards children’s experience.

This summer, we are hosting these tours every Thursday afternoon (weather pending) so if a session is booked, check for availability on other dates. Weather cancellations will be handled with a reschedule or refund.

We work hard to ensure a highly safe experience with honey bee interactions but this tour is not recommended for those who know they have a severe reaction to honey bee stings.
