Price: $50/person

This interactive workshop allows kids to experience the magic of honey bees through a hive tour and honey tasting at Apoidea Apiary. This summer, we are hosting these tours every Thursday afternoon (weather pending) from 3:00-4:30 pm. Tours are limited to 4 children per session, ages 6 to 14 years old. A ticket for an adult can be purchased at that same price if that adult wishes to join a child for the tour. The content of this tour is primarily focused towards children’s experience. While not guaranteed, we can try to accommodate other days and times by request as it works with our apiary management. Weather cancellations will be handled with a reschedule or refund.

We work hard to ensure a highly safe experience with honey bee interactions but this tour is not recommended for those who know they have a severe reaction to honey bee stings.
